On August 30, 2023, petitioner filed a petition at Docket No. 13866-23 representing a duplication of proceedings.

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall seal from the Court's public record the Petition filed August 30, 2023, and shall not be inspected by any person or entity not a party to this case, except by an Order of the Court. It is further
ORDERED that, on the Court's own motion, the case at Docket No. 13850-23 is closed on the ground of duplication.
