Appellant Francisco Herrera filed an Agreed Motion to Correct Reporter's Record "to correct the record pursuant to TRAP 34.6(e) by designating the 8/31/2022 transcript as 'Volume 1 of 2' and by designating the 10/12/2022 transcript as 'Volume 2 of 2.'" The corrected reporter's record was filed on February 21, 2023 and March 9, 2023.

Appellant's motion is denied as moot.
