Appeal from the 68th District Court of Dallas County, Texas (TC# DC-12-02990) ORDER
The Court issued an order on January 15, 2014 staying the above styled and numbered cause pursuant to TEX.INS.CODE ANN. § 462.309(a), (b). It appears that the automatic statutory stay expired on June 24, 2014. Appellant filed a request to reinstate on July 29, 2014.
Therefore the Court ORDERS this appeal to continue and the automatic stay is lifted. The Reporter's Record is now due in this Court on or before September 7, 2014. If no Reporter's Record will be filed for this appeal, the Appellant's brief shall be due in this Court on or before September 7, 2014.
