Because petitioner has failed to submit the filing fee, it is
ORDERED that this case is dismissed for lack of jurisdiction. It is further
ORDERED that, in addition to regular service, the Clerk of the Court shall serve a copy of this Order on petitioner at 6514 Wisteria Dr., Apt. 3, Charlotte, NC 28210.
