MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

GEORGE B. DANIELS, District Judge:

Plaintiff Selenette Hernandez's application to this Court for a default judgment against Defendant Police Officer Gloria Ceballos ("Ceballos") is hereby DENIED, and it is further

ORDERED that Defendant Ceballos file and serve an answer on plaintiff by personal delivery or actual receipt by July 3, 2002, and it is further

ORDERED that Plaintiff Selenettee Hernandez provide Defendants with an executed Designation of Agent for Access to Sealed Records form by personal delivery or actual receipt by July 8, 2002.
