The reporter's record in this accelerated appeal is overdue. By postcard dated July 26, 2023, we notified Antionette Reagor, the Official Court Reporter for the 68th Judicial District Court, that the record was overdue. We directed Ms. Reagor to file the record within ten days. To date, however, we have not received any response.
Appellant's docketing statement reflects a record exists, appellant requested it on July 13, 2023, and appellant arranged to pay the reporter's fee. Accordingly, we ORDER Ms. Reagor to file the record no later than September 8, 2023.
We DIRECT the Clerk of the Court to send a copy of this order to the Honorable Martin Hoffman, Presiding Judge of the 68th Judicial District Court; Ms. Reagor; and the parties.
