KEVIN HENDERSON, Appellant v. THE STATE OF TEXAS, Appellee

On Appeal from the Criminal District Court No. 4 Dallas County, Texas Trial Court Cause No. F19-75007-K

ORDER

NANCY KENNEDY, JUSTICE

On July 6, 2023, the court reporter notified this Court that appellant was not appealing as indigent and had not paid or made arrangements to pay for the reporter's record. Defendant's Notice of Appeal and Pauper Oath Appointment of Attorney on Appeal contains a sworn statement by appellant that he is "too poor to pay security for the Statement of Facts," and an order by the trial court ordering the court reporter to prepare the reporter's record "in duplicate and furnish same to defendant or his appointed counsel."

Accordingly, we ORDER Charon Evans, Official Court Reporter for Criminal District Court No. 4, to file the reporter's record within THIRTY DAYS of the date of this order.

We DIRECT the Clerk to send copies of this order to the Honorable Dominique Collins, Presiding Judge, Criminal District Court No. 4, Dallas County; Charon Evans, Official Court Reporter for Criminal District Court No. 4, and counsel for all parties.
