PER CURIAM
The Court on its own motion extends the abatement to give the parties time to resolve the deficiencies. If the parties are able to resolve the deficiencies prior to September 25, 2023, the parties are directed to notify the Court of that fact and file a status report once resolution has been finalized. The briefing schedule will continue to be suspended until the complete supplemental reporter's record is filed with this Court. NO FURTHER MOTIONS TO EXTEND ABATEMENT WILL BE CONSIDERED BY THIS COURT.
