ORDER OF DISMISSAL

On March 4, 2023, petitioner filed a Motion to Dismiss this case. Petitioner states that respondent does not object to the granting of that motion. In Jacobson v. Commissioner, 148 T.C. 68, 70 (2017), the Court held that a whistleblower case may be dismissed upon motion by the petitioner.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that petitioner's Motion to Dismiss is granted, and this case is dismissed.
