The issues of the present suit are identical to those in Meaux v. Hoffpauir, La. App., 219 So.2d 551, a companion appeal rendered by us this date. For the reasons stated in the companion appeal, we affirm the judgment of the trial court holding Mrs. Allie Hoffpauir liable. This appellant is cast with the costs of this appeal.

Affirmed.
