HAZEL PRIMOUS PR FIRM LLC, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan Chief Judge

On September 5, 2024, petitioner filed in the above-docketed matter documents under the designation "Motion for Recusal of Judge" and "Motion for International Judicial Assistance", accompanied by two unsworn declarations in purported support of the latter. However, upon review, the content of such alleged motions would not appear to represent any type of motion recognized for filing purposes under the Tax Court Rules of Practice and Procedure. To wit, the first seems to consist of a screenshot of a DAWSON message advising of an error in the upload process, while the second is a copy of a brief gmail message that seems to pertain largely to subjects without connection to tax issues.

The premises considered, and for cause, it is

ORDERED that the documents filed September 5, 2024, by petitioner at Docket Index Nos. 30 through 33 are hereby deemed stricken from the Court's record in this case.
