Order of the County Court of Kings county reversed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements, and motion denied, with ten dollars costs, upon the ground that said court should not try the equitable issues between defendants proposed by the receiver. Burr, Thomas, Carr and Rich, JJ., concurred; Hirschberg, J., not voting.
