District Court of Appeal of Florida, Fifth District
Jul 7, 2000
762 So. 2d 573 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 2000)

Opinion

No. 5D00-1843

Opinion filed July 7, 2000 JULY TERM 2000

Petition for Writ of Mandamus, Walter Komanski, Respondent Judge.

Steven G. Mason of Law Offices of Steven G. Mason, Orlando, for Petitioner.

Honorable Walter Komanski, Respondent.

This matter is before the court as a petition for writ of mandamus to require the trial court to rule on a pending motion for disqualification. Because the underlying motion was not timely ruled upon and because no action has been taken after a response was ordered by this court, the writ is issued and the judge is directed to rule on or before July 20, 2000.

It is so ordered.

WRIT GRANTED.

DAUKSCH and HARRIS, J.J., and ORFINGER, M., Senior Judge, concur.
