Opinion

Upon consideration, respondents' motion to strike petitioner's reply to response to petition for writ of mandamus is granted, and the petitioner's reply is hereby stricken.

Following review of the petition for writ of mandamus and the response thereto, it is ordered that said petition is hereby denied.
