On November 16, 2023, the parties filed with the Court a Joint Status Report. The parties informed the Court that petitioners' related case (Docket No. 10040-21) is currently with respondent's Independent Office of Appeals, and believe that a resolution in that case may help settle some or all of the issues in this case. The parties have requested a further status report be due in ninety (90) days.
For cause, it is
ORDERED that, on or before February 20, 2024, the parties shall file with the Court a further status report (preferably a joint status report) informing the Court of the then-present status of this case.
