This 18th day of January 2022, the appellee having informed the Court by letter dated January 14, 2022 that he wishes to waive his right to pursue the attorneys' fees awarded in the Family Court's May 4, 2021 order.

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that the Court vacates its remand order relating to attorneys' fees and accepts appellee's waiver. Otherwise, the Court's January 14, 2022 Order affirming the Family Court stands.
