Upon due consideration of respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction as to Petitioner Roger Alan Hack, filed January 31, 2023, and there being no objection to the granting of that Motion, it is

ORDERED that respondent's above-referenced Motion is recharacterized as respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction as to Petitioner Ronald Alan Hack. It is further

ORDERED that the just-referenced Motion is granted, and this case is dismissed for lack of jurisdiction as to petitioner Ronald Alan Hack. All references in the Petition and First Amendment to Petition to the 2016 and 2017 taxable years of petitioner Ronald Alan Hack are hereby deemed stricken from the Court's record in this case. It is further
