After we set supplemental deadlines for the record on August 24, 2022, we received one reporter's record. The order for Diane Guerrero's December 17, 2021 has been satisfied.
Herminia Torres's October 13, 2021 record is still outstanding. We received notice today that she has received payment and will be able to complete the record within seven to fourteen days. The October 13, 2021 record is now due on October 11, 2022.
Based on the status of the record, Appellant has asked for additional time to complete the opening brief. Appellant's motion for extension of time is granted. The opening brief is due on November 10, 2022.
