Jesus M. Guzman, Jr., Petitioner(s) v. State of Florida, et al. Respondent(s)

Lower Tribunal No(s).: 1D23-0028; 372022CA000704XXXXXX.

The petition for writ of mandamus, filed June 19, 2023, does not address why the proceedings in the district court of appeal should not have been dismissed, as directed in this Court's orders of March 22, 2023, and May 5, 2023. Accordingly, the petition is hereby dismissed on the Court's own motion based on petitioner's failure to comply with the Court's orders. If petitioner wishes to seek reinstatement, the motion for reinstatement must be filed within fifteen days from the date of this order.
