The petition for writ of habeas corpus is hereby denied because petitioner raises the same issues as in Guridi v. Inch, No. SC21-414, 2021 WL 1345700 (Fla. Apr. 23, 2021), in which the petition was denied. Cf. Topps v. State, 865 So.2d 1253 (Fla. 2004). No rehearing will be entertained by the Court.
