CEDRIC GREENE, Plaintiff-Appellant, v. NO NAMED DEFENDANTS, Defendant-Appellee.

D.C. No. 1:21-CV-01580-LTB (D. Colo.)

Before MATHESON, BACHARACH, and PHILLIPS, Circuit Judges.

ORDER

This matter is before the court on the appellant's Response to the Court's Order and Request for Judicial Notice. The Response was filed to answer the question posed in our June 17, 2021 order to show cause, which was whether this appeal should be dismissed as prohibited by the filing restrictions stated in Greene v. Sprint Nextel Corporation, 750 Fed.Appx. 661, 666-67 (10th Cir. Sept. 20, 2018). Upon consideration, we have determined that the issues presented in this appeal are covered by the filing restrictions entered against Mr. Greene. Therefore, this this appeal is dismissed. The mandate shall issue forthwith. All other requests for relief are denied as moot.
