FINAL SUMMARY JUDGMENT


For the reasons stated in the Court's Order on Defendants' Motion for Summary Judgment [DE #92], filed on September 9, 2003, it is hereby ORDERED that Summary Final Judgment be and the same is hereby ENTERED in favor of Defendant, Miami-Dade County, and against Plaintiff, Joseph L. Green. Plaintiffs shall take nothing by this action, the action is dismissed on the merits, Defendant, Miami-Dade County, shall recover of the Plaintiff, Joseph L. Green, its costs of action, and Defendant, Miami-Dade County, shall go hence without day. The Court reserves jurisdiction over appropriate motions for attorney fees and costs. The Clerk of the Court is directed to mark this case CLOSED and DENY all pending motions as moot.
