WILLIS L. GRAYSON, JR., Defendant Below-Appellant, v. STATE OF DELAWARE, Plaintiff Below-Appellee. No. 367, 2002 In the Supreme Court of the State of Delaware. Submitted: September 16, 2002 Decided: September 19, 2002

Before WALSH, HOLLAND, and BERGER, Justices.

Randy J. Holland, Justice

ORDER

This 19th day of September 2002, after careful consideration of the appellant's opening brief and the State's motion to affirm, we find it manifest that the judgment of the Superior Court should be affirmed on the basis of the Superior Court's well-reasoned decision dated June 13, 2002. The Superior Court did not err in concluding that Grayson's motion for postconviction relief was time-barred and that Grayson had failed to overcome this procedural hurdle.

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that the judgment of the Superior Court is AFFIRMED.
