Opinion

Todd GRANTHAM v. Bonnie JOHNSON.

Prior report: La.App., 134 So.3d 164.

In re Grantham, Todd;—Plaintiff; Applying For Writ of Certiorari and/or Review, Parish of Beauregard, 36th Judicial District Court Div. B, No. C–2010–0375; to the Court of Appeal, Third Circuit, No. 13–1081.

Denied. HUGHES, J., dissents. I would grant the writ. “Any obligation arising from” is a much broader category than “convicted of.” I would reinstate the judgment of the trial court.
