On November 16, 2023, respondent filed a Motion in Limine to Exclude Documents Relating to Examination Procedures and Testimony of Chief Counsel Attorney Krystle J. Andujar Garcia, Appeals Officer Okechukwu C. Anyanwu and Tax Compliance Officer Tricia Clark (Doc. 34).

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that petitioners shall, immediately prior to the 10:00 a.m. calendar call of the Court's November 27, 2023 Los Angeles, California Trial Session, personally submit to the Trial Clerk for filing with the Court, a written response to respondent's Motion in Limine to Exclude Documents Relating to Examination Procedures and Testimony of Chief Counsel Attorney Krystle J. Andujar Garcia, Appeals Officer Okechukwu C. Anyanwu and Tax Compliance Officer Tricia Clark.
