AUTOMOBILES AND MOTOR VEHICLES, § 93.6operator of car as servant of owner. Where the owner of a car drove it to greasing station to have it simonized by an employee of the station, and gave the employee money to buy wax and told him to drive the car out to get some rags and simonizing material, and, after doing so, and while on the way back to the garage to complete the work, he crashed into a parked car and forced it upon the plaintiff to his injury, the operator of the car was acting at the time of the accident as a servant of the car owner.

Appeal from Superior Court of Cook county; Hon. PAUL McWILLIAMS, presiding.

Judgment reversed and cause remanded with directions. Heard in second division, first district, this court at October term, 1940.
