In Sanchez v. United States, ___ U.S. ___, 128 S.Ct. 1720, 170 L.Ed.2d 511 (2008), the Supreme Court vacated and remanded a pre- Gall decision by this Court, in which we affirmed a sentence despite statements by the district court suggesting it regarded the Guidelines as not being "solely discretionary."
