Appeal from Circuit Court, Dade County; George E. Holt, Judge.

Herbert U. Feibelman and L.L. Robinson, Miami, for appellee.


Affirmed, with directions, however, to the lower court to amend the final decree in said cause to the extent of requiring the defendant below to repay to the plaintiff below the sum of $250 expended by the plaintiff for repairs to the roof of the premises covered by the lease and to assess costs incurred in said cause.
