Order denying plaintiff's motion to punish defendant for contempt of court affirmed, without costs and without prejudice to plaintiff's right to assert her claim, if she has any, under the agreement of May 8, 1931, by civil process. No opinion. Lazansky, P.J., Young, Carswell, Scudder and Tompkins, JJ., concur.
