Godbold, 13 S.C. 601 it was held that a creditor was not entitled to recover from the legatees the value of certain slaves left them by the decedent; but it appeared that the slaves had been emancipated before the creditor's suit was brought so that the creditor lost nothing by the distribution.

This is an appeal from a contempt order entered subsequent to July 1, 1979. The appeal is dismissed for failure to comply with the provisions of Code Ann. § 6-701.1 (Ga. L. 1979, pp. 619, 620).

Appeal dismissed. All the Justices concur.
