Girod v. Kroger

351 Or. 563, 273 P.3d 92. The motion to appear as amicus curiae, filed by Steven Ernest Fick, is granted. The court determines that the objections to the modified ballot title, filed by amicus Fick, are not well taken, and the court denies the same. The motion for issuance of the appellate judgment, filed by petitioners Fred Girod, Rod Monroe, and David Schamp, is denied. The court certifies to the Secretary of State the Attorney General's modified ballot title for Proposed Initiative Petition No. 26 (2012). ORS 250.085(10)(a).

BALLOT TITLES CERTIFIED.
