Girling v. City of New York

Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of New York, Second Department
Oct 1, 1909
134 App. Div. 927 (N.Y. App. Div. 1909)

Opinion

October, 1909.

There was evidence to support the verdict, and the question of its weight was not specifically raised. We think the verdict should be restored, and the order setting it aside is reversed, with costs, and the verdict reinstated. Hirschberg, P.J., Jenks, Gaynor and Rich, JJ., concurred; Burr, J., dissented.
