The named defendant's petition for certification for appeal from the Appellate Court, 73 Conn. App. 523 (AC 21361), is granted, limited to the following issue:

"Did the Appellate Court properly conclude that the notice of the named defendant, White Oak Corporation, to the defendant second injury fund was not timely under General Statutes § 31-349?"
