On Appeal from the County Court at Law No. 7 Collin County, Texas Trial Court Cause No. 007-00748-2023
ORDER
ROBERT D. BURNS, III CHIEF JUSTICE
Appellee has filed a motion to dismiss the appeal for want of prosecution because appellant has failed to pay this Court's $205 filing fee or file the required docketing statement as directed. On the Court's own motion, we ORDER appellant to file, on or before September 25, 2023, either the $205 filing fee or a written Statement of Inability to Afford Payment of Court Costs. See TEX. R. APP. P. 20.1(c) (appellate court may allow party who did not file Statement of Inability to Afford Payment of Court Costs in trial court to proceed without payment of costs). We caution appellant that failure to comply will result in granting appellee's motion and dismissing the appeal.
Appellee's motion to dismiss remains pending.
