DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION

Application to be relieved as attorney for the child KENLEAGH II.

Upon the papers filed in support of the application, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that Thomas Hegeman, Esq., is relieved of appointment as attorney for the child KENLEAGH II. and Christopher Hammond, Esq., P.O. Box 815, Cooperstown, NY 13326, is appointed in his place and stead pursuant to Family Ct Act §1120 (b); and it is further

ORDERED that the child be made available to the attorney for the child as he may direct.
