Court of Appeal of Louisiana, Orleans
Apr 21, 1958
100 So. 2d 533 (La. Ct. App. 1958)

Opinion

No. 21089.

February 3, 1958. Rehearing Denied March 3, 1958. Writ of Certiorari Denied April 21, 1958.

Appeal from the Twenty-fifth Judicial District Court for the Parish of Plaquemines, No. 4304; Bruce Nunez, Judge.

Richard A. Dowling, Oliver P. Schulingkamp and James David McNeill, New Orleans, for defendants-appellants.

Sidney W. Provensal, Jr., New Orleans, for plaintiffs-appellees.

This matter is before us on motion to dismiss the appeal on the same grounds that we discussed in the opinion handed down by us today in Philip Warren, et al. v. Eugene De Armas, La. App., 100 So.2d 529.

The facts are identical and for the reasons given in that opinion, the appeal is dismissed at the cost of appellants.

Appeal dismissed.
