On August 15, 2023, the parties filed an Agreed Computation for Entry of Decision (Doc. 49). On August 18, 2023, the Court held a conference call with the parties to discuss certain inconsistencies in the Agreed Computation. On August 25, 2023, respondent filed a second Agreed Computation for Entry of Decision (Doc. 50).
As discussed during the conference call, the Court will strike the parties' first Agreed Computation (Doc. 49). Upon due consideration, it is hereby
ORDERED that the parties' Agreed Computation for Entry of Decision filed August 15, 2023, is hereby stricken from the Court's record in this case.
