Opinion
December, 1926.
Present — Kelly, P.J., Jaycox, Young, Kapper and Lazansky, JJ.
Judgment unanimously affirmed, with costs. The birth certificate, if authenticated as provided by subdivision 3 of section 398 of the Civil Practice Act, was competent evidence of the facts therein stated. Objection to its reception was not put upon the ground of improper authentication. We are of opinion that the evidence fully supports the findings made by the trial court.
