On February 6, 2023, the Court granted respondent's motion for a document subpoena hearing and set the hearing for February 22, 2023, at the special hearing session in Washington, DC. On February 17, 2023, respondent filed a status report informing the Court that the subpoena had been complied with and that a document subpoena hearing is no longer necessary. Accordingly, it is
ORDERED that this case is hereby stricken from the special hearing session of the Court scheduled to begin at 1:00 p.m. EST on Wednesday, February 22, 2023, in Washington, DC.
