On November 13, 2023, we ordered appellant to provide written proof to this court by November 27, 2023, confirming whether she requested the court reporter to prepare the reporter's record. We cautioned appellant if she failed to request the record in writing, we would order her appellant's brief due and consider only those issues or points raised in the brief that do not require a reporter's record for a decision. Appellant has not filed a response. Accordingly, we order appellant to file her brief by January 8, 2023.
