MEMORANDUM OPINION
Appellants perfected an appeal from an order denying their request for a temporary injunction. After the appellants filed their notice of appeal, however, the trial court considered the merits of each of appellants' causes of action and rendered judgment in favor of the appellees. The appellees subsequently filed a motion to dismiss the appellants' interlocutory appeal as moot. Appellants have filed a response to appellees' motion to dismiss. In their motion, appellants confirm that their appeal has become moot and request that this court dismiss the appeal. The court, having considered the documents on file, appellees' motion to dismiss the appeal, and appellants' response, is of the opinion that the appeal should be dismissed as moot. See Bryant v. Barnes, 438 S.W.2d 435, 435 (Tex.Civ.App.-Waco 1968, no writ); Conway v. Irick, 429 S.W.2d 648, 650 (Tex.Civ.App.-Fort Worth 1968, writ ref'd). Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed as moot.
