Decided August 3, 1953. Rehearing denied August 17, 1953.

Plaintiffs in error were adjudged guilty of wilfully, maliciously, unlawfully and feloniously abducting, stealing away and secreting one Gladys Nafe, a female person, forcibly and against her will.

Error to the District Court of Pueblo County, Hon. Harry Leddy, Judge.
