The petition by Laurel Woods, Inc., for certification for appeal from the Appellate Court, 73 Conn. App. 303 (AC 21958), is granted, limited to the following issue:
"Did the Appellate Court properly affirm the trial court's denial of Laurel Woods, Inc.'s, motion to join the proceedings in the trial court?"
