The named defendant's petition for certification for appeal from the Appellate Court, 73 Conn. App. 114 (AC 15764), is granted, limited to the following issues:

"1. Did the Appellate Court properly extend the doctrine of assemblage, as set forth in Commissioner of Transportation v. Towpath Associates, 255 Conn. 529, 767 A.2d 1169 (2001), to enhance the value of two parcels in separate ownership?

"2. Did the Appellate Court properly affirm the trial court's decision to value two separately owned parcels as an assemblage?"

The Supreme Court docket number is SC 16882.
