ORDER AND DECISION

On May 22, 2023, respondent filed a Status Report requesting 60 days to finalize computations, and this case was stricken from the Court's June 12, 2023, Milwaukee, Wisconsin trial session and continued. Jurisdiction was retained by this Division of the Court, and status reports were due from the parties by July 24, 2023. On July 24, 2023, respondent filed a Motion for Entry of Decision, advising that respondent "has not received the signed proposed stipulated decision or any other indication that would indicate that petitioners wish to proceed to trial on this case." On July 26, 2023, we directed petitioners to file a response to respondent's motion by August 25, 2023. To date, we have not received a response from petitioners. Upon due consideration and for cause, it is hereby

ORDERED that respondent's Motion for Entry of Decision, filed July 24, 2023, is granted. It is further

ORDERED AND DECIDED that there is a deficiency in income tax, in the amount of $1,052.00 due from petitioners for the taxable year 2018.
