ORDER

The motion to dismiss is GRANTED. Dismissal is without prejudice to the filing of a claim of appeal from a final order in the same lower court number, or the filing of a late appeal from the November 16, 2021 order under MCR 7.205(A)(4), provided such filings meet all requirements under the court rules and are not time-barred.

Plaintiffs motion titled "Plaintiff-Appellant's Motion: (1) for order directing circuit court to enter final order, or alternatively (2) to voluntarily dismiss claim of appeal" is DENIED.
