Decision, order of reversal and remittitur amended by adding thereto that the judgment is reversed upon the law and facts, the court disapproving of the fourth, fifth, sixth, eighth, ninth, tenth, eleventh, twelfth and thirteenth findings of fact. [See 193 App. Div. 513.]
