FOREST HILLS GARDENS CORPORATION v. KAMP

Supreme Court, Appellate Term, Second Department
Mar 4, 1997
171 Misc. 2d 334 (N.Y. App. Term 1997)

Opinion

March 4, 1997

APPEAL from (1) an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Queens County (Bernard S. Greenbaum, J.), entered May 24, 1995, which, inter alia, denied a motion by defendant for a stay, and (2) an order of that court (Roger N. Rosengarten, J.), entered July 11, 1995, which granted, in part, a motion by plaintiff for a protective order.

Forest Hills Gardens Corp. v. Kamp, 165 Misc.2d 915, affirmed.

Herman Kamp, appellant pro se. Ribakove Ramirez, Forest Hills (Ronald W. Ramirez and Ben Feder of counsel), for respondent.

MEMORANDUM.

Orders unanimously affirmed without costs.

Under the circumstances presented, the lower court did not abuse its discretion in denying oral argument and limiting disclosure. We find defendant's other contentions raised on appeal to be without merit.

KASSOFF, P.J., CHETTA and PATTERSON, JJ., concur.
