An appeal having been taken to this Court from an order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about May 09, 2022,
And petitioner-appellant having moved to enlarge the record on appeal to include the parties' entire record of litigation at the Division of Housing and Community Renewal, which record was placed before Supreme Court in connection with a motion that was decided by an order entered by Supreme Court on or about June 29, 2023, and from which petitioner has taken an appeal to this Court under Case No. 2023-03895, and for an extension of time in which to perfect the appeal until 60 days after this Court decides the instant application, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of extending the time in which to perfect the appeal to the February 20024 Term of this Court, and otherwise the motion is denied as unnecessary (see 22 NYCRR 1250.9[f][3]).
