Appeal, No. 42, March T., 1935, by plaintiff, from decree of C. P. Mercer Co., March T., 1933, No. 3, in equity, in case of The Flowers Builders Supply Company v. The Farrell Building Company. Judgment affirmed.

An examination of the record in this case fails to disclose any reason for appointment of a receiver. The bill was properly dismissed.
Judgment affirmed at costs of appellant.
